Rowan is a 2 bedroomed Cottage which sleeps 4 people plus baby. Cot/High chair available.
This cottage may be booked with adjoining Holly cottage as 1 large property or separately as follows:
This self catering accommodation is a traditional stone constructed croft house. It was built in 1876 but has subsequently been fully modernized.
Accommodation comprises:
2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin)
Lounge with colour TV, VCR & DVD player and coal effect electric fire
Large kitchen/dining room with fridge, electric cooker and microwave.
Bathroom (with shower over bath)
Storm porch and small private patio area
There is Gas Central heating throughout.
The property is maintained to a high standard and is always warm and cosy. It is situated overlooking the Golf Course with views across to the sea.
Pets are WELCOME. There is small charge of £18 per animal
Damage Deposit - A £100 damage deposit is payable in cash, on arrival. At the end of your stay if no damage has occurred your deposit will be refunded by post.
Fuel and bed linen are included in the price of the cottage
A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure a booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Arrival & Departure: The cottage is available from 4pm on Saturday and should be vacated by 10:30am the following Saturday. Please ring to let us know when you will be arriving.
There are numerous golf courses in the area (Brora, Golspie, Helmsdale & Dornoch). If you are interested in fishing there is a salmon river in Brora, Helmsdale and others in the vicinity. There are many places of interest including the historic Dunrobin castle. The wonderful sandy beach at Brora is just 12 minutes walk from the cottages.
I also keep a selection of Hawks and Falcons. I also offer Falconry courses.
