Holly is a 2 bedroomed Cottage which sleeps 4 people plus baby. Cot/High chair available.

This cottage may be booked with adjoining Rowan cottage as 1 large property which would sleep 8 and has adjoining internal door

This self catering accommodation is a purpose built cottage next door to Rowan Cottage, the original croft house. Accommodation comprises:

1 double bedroom with French doors to patio and enclosed garden area
1 twin bedroom
Large Lounge/Dining Room with colour TV, VCR & DVD player
Fully equipped galley kitchen with fridge, gas cooker and microwave.
2 Shower rooms /Toilet en-suite
Large raised decked area to the front of the property with stunning views over the sea & Golf course Rear has a very large pet secured area
There is Gas Central heating throughout.

The property is maintained to a high standard and is always warm and cosy. It is situated in the quiet crofting community of Dalchalm, just outside Brora, perfectly situated for easy access to the golf course.

Pets are WELCOME. There is small charge of £20 per animal

Damage Deposit - A £100 damage deposit is payable in cash, on arrival. At the end of your stay if no damage. Your deposit will be refunded..
Fuel and bed linen are included in the price of the cottage
A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure a booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Arrival & Departure: The cottage is available from 4pm on Saturday and should be vacated by 10:30am the following Saturday. Please ring to let us know when you will be arriving.

There are numerous golf courses in the area (Brora, Golspie, Helmsdale & Dornoch). If you are interested in fishing there is a salmon river in Brora, Helmsdale and others in the vicinity. There are many places of interest including the historic Dunrobin castle. The wonderful sandy beach at Brora is just 12 minutes walk from the cottages.

I also keep a selection of Hawks . I also offer Falconry courses.
